PricesAll prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). All prices are correct at time of publication however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. All prices include 15% GST. 3% surcharge for payment with credit card will be applied.

Privacy & Confidentiality
At Restore Physiotherapy we recognise and respect your privacy. Because we gather certain types of information about our customers, we feel that you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. We do collect anonymous data about how people use our site to help us monitor and improve the site. When we collect personal information (through email or online order forms) it is stored securely and only used for the purpose it was collected for. Any data collected is used only by approved staff. We will never sell or hand on your information.
Personal Information
Personal information is only collected from you to process orders, other transactions or if you register with us. Any personal information you send us via email, online forms or other communication is stored securely and will not be used by anyone other than authorised staff. Under no circumstances will we sell, rent or give your private information including name, address or email to third parties. We don’t send out newsletters or product updates. Once you have purchased from us and your final email confirmation of postage has been sent you will not hear from us again.
*Where fraudulent or criminal activity has occurred Restore Physiotherapy may be required to provide information to relevant authorities. In this instance we will provide only the information required.
Processing & Delivery
We use NZ Couriers and NZ Post to deliver orders. NZ Couriers aims to deliver your parcel within one working day (overnight delviery). This does not include rural delivery which takes 2-3 working days. Products will be delivered to you discreetly packaged. The senders name appearing on your delivered package is 'S Wilson' and a mobile number is included. Your delivered package will not include references to the products you have purchased. The courier bag is non see through. Bulky items are not couriered but sent via NZ Post parcel delivery and may take up to 5 working days to be delivered. Once the parcel has been delivered been dispatched to NZ Couriers or NZ Post it is nolonger the responsibility of Restore Physiotherapy and if the parcel is misplaced due to the NZ Couriers or NZ Post neglect it is not the fault of Restore Physiotherapy and a refund or resent item is not permitted. It is your responsibility to follow up with the delivery company.

Your credit card payments are processed securely via eWAY. The name that will appear on your statement will be "RESTOREPHYS" and will not include any other reference relating to your purchase.

Product Returns
All products that we sell come with our consumer guarantee. When choosing your items check out the guarantee information in the item description as it differs between brands. To qualify for the guarantee, you must have proof of purchase and the product must be within the warranty period. Failure to provide us with proof of purchase will result in a repudiation of any claims made by you against us for the return of Goods in question.
Please choose your items carefully. For health and safety reasons Restore Physiotherapy is unable to refund or replace items whether used or un-used, in the event of a change of mind. We describe our products with care, we provide guidance on making the right choice for your needs on the information pages on this website, we are happy to answer your emailed questions or phone calls prior to purchase, and we suggest that you consult a specialist practitioner if you remain uncertain about the best product for your needs. We are unable to replace products which do not meet your expectations.
The guarantee is not a satisfaction guarantee. We choose our products carefully and value the quality of the products we sell. At all times we seek to provide the highest level of customer service and will endeavour to keep our customers happy; however we all work differently and what works for one person may not work the same for another.
Product description and customer product reviews may enhance your experience of the product. Reviews of our products are greatly encouraged. All reviews both good and bad are considered in the interests of improving service and customer decision making.
If a product has a manufacturing defect then you should contact us within 7 days. If requested to return your item you must pay for the cost of posting the item and all its components back to us. Please ensure it is well packaged. We will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with an identical replacement if within the warranty period and the product is still available.
Warranty Periods
Here are the warranty periods, worth considering when making your selection:
- For products that are not backed up by a manufacturer's warranty, we will replace your purchase if it proves faulty within 2 months of purchase and you have used it in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
What to do if you have a problem with your purchased item:
- First check that your item is still within the warranty period.
- Before returning your item we recommend firstly checking components such as batteries – making sure they are the correct type and are in the correct way. Replace the batteries and recharge. Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture.
- Please ring us within 7 days of receiving your item and explain your situation. We will ask you a few questions to see if we can resolve the issue. Please have your receipt and our order number ready.
- If requested - return the item (securely packaged) to the location that it was sent from: Restore Physiotherapy- PO Box 2533, Stoke, Nelson 7041.
- Please write to us with your item and include the following details; your original invoice, your name, postal address, contact phone number, email address and your reason for returning the item.
- The risk and liability of any loss, damage or deterioration of Goods returned to us will remain with you until the Goods have been received and inspected at our premises.
- Where possible items will be inspected, fixed and returned within 10 working days. Faulty items under warranty with accompanying proof of purchase will be replaced.
- If we cannot replace it we will offer you another product of equivalent value. Should an equivalent product be unavailable we will provide you with a refund for the value of the faulty product excluding the postage price.
- If your product is faulty, we will return a replacement to you via courier or NZ Post, free of charge.
Not covered by guarantee:
- Replace or refund due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. We need to be 100% sure items we sell are new, unopened and unused. It is a health and safety risk to re-sell products that have been posted to a customer and then returned.

Misuse of products. Except to the extent of written warranties given by us to you, all warranties and representations in respect of Goods supplied are excluded-
- Where you have altered or modified the Goods, mis-applied the Goods, or have subjected them to any unusual or non-recommended use, servicing or handling;
- For loss caused by any factors beyond our control;
- For any indirect or consequential loss of any kind;
- Water or urine damage;
- For any second hand Goods;
- Where the terms of any written warranty have not been complied with, or any manufacturers’ handbook provided to you has not been complied with.
- Change of mind after payment but before delivery. When you purchase online using your credit card the transaction occurs immediately, we do not receive your credit card details and are not able to refund if you have changed your mind.

Warranty Periods

- The We-Vibe range has a 12 month warranty.
- Unless otherwise stated – All other vibrators, toys, rings and vibrating rings we offer a 6 month consumer guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act (however toys must be used according to guidelines, conditions, our policies and disclaimer)
What to do if you have a problem with your purchased item:
- First check that your toy is still within the warranty period.
- Before returning your toy we recommend firstly checking that the batteries are the recommended type and are in the correct way. Replace the batteries or recharge your toy. Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture.
- Please ring us within 7 days of receiving your item and explain your situation. We will ask you a few questions to see if we can resolve the issue. Please have your receipt and our order number ready.
- If required - return the item (securely packaged) to the location that it was sent from: Restore Physiotherapy Onlione Store, 13 Isel Place, Stoke, Nelson 7011.
- Please email us about your item and include the following details; your name, postal address, contact phone number and warranty issues.
- Where possible items will be tested and if fixed returned within 10 working days. Faulty items under warranty with accompanying proof of purchase will be replaced.
- If we cannot replace it we will offer you another product of equivalent value. Should an equivalent product be unavailable we will provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product excluding the postage price.
- If your product is faulty, we will return a replacement to you via courier, free of charge.

- Using a non-compatible lubricant with your sex toy. Restore Physiotherapy sells both silicone and water based lubricant. Water-based lubricant is recommended with all silicone sex toys. We are not able to guarantee products that have been damaged by lubricants that are not recommended. Most of our products will state which lubricant to use, always check the label if you did not purchase your lubricant from us.
- Not removing batteries. Even though some vibrators are shower-proof or splash-proof, you must still remove the batteries after use as indicated in the product description provided in order to prevent condensation.
- Corrosion of batteries due to water damage or due to leaving them in the vibrator is not covered by the guarantee.
- Using non-recommended, alkaline batteries. Always use the type of batteries recommended. More powerful styles such as Energiser can reduce the life of your toy and are not covered under the warranty.
- Waterproof vibrators. Some vibrators are fully submergible, many are shower-proof or splash-proof. Unfortunately some products have misleading packaging. Information about whether your toy is splash-proof or submergible should be provided on the website. An information brochure with your toy or on the packaging; please read this information carefully. Wording such as “100% fully waterproof” would indicate that it can be submerged in water. Only toys which clearly state that they are fully submergible will be covered under warranty.
General tips and guidelines to help improve the life of your toys:

- Clean your toys as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and store them well.
- Removing the batteries (if batteries used) each time after using your toys. Batteries can corrode over time or if exposed to moisture, even if they are not used in water, so take them out after use and you will likely get more life out of your sex toy.
- If your toy does not come with specific information about using it under water, do not use it in water as it will not qualify for the warranty if there is water damage.
- Alkaline batteries such as Duracell, Energizer and some rechargeable types are not suitable for sex toys. These batteries are too strong for vibrating toys and have a tendency to prematurely burn out the motor.
- We recommend the use of lithium ion batteries only.
- Before inserting a toy anywhere in your body make sure that it is absolutely clean to avoid the risk of infection. Wash your toy before and after use with anti-bacterial toy cleaners or warm water and soap.
- Never use on areas which are swollen, cut, infected or inflamed.
- If a toy is designed for external use please don’t insert inside the body.
- Never use from anus to vagina or anus to penis because of the risk of infection - use a different toy, or cover your toy with a condom.
- Use toys only as specified.
- Never use any toy that is not waterproof in the shower or bath. Do not allow water into the battery compartment of any toy. Always make sure your waterproof toy is tightly closed before using in water.
- Do not leave your toy on when not in use.
- Always use a compatible lubricant with your toy. Oil and vaseline are not compatible and can cause damage to latex based materials including condoms. Water based lubes are recommended for all silicone based products unless otherwise stated.
- Always store toys made from jelly or lifelike materials (such as silicone) separately from each other and from latex rubber toys.
- Toys stored in close proximity to each other may cause damage, colours to bleed or deterioration of the material.
- Prolonged use may result in motor failure due to overheating.
