The Eyden Multi Weight Kegel balls are quality, elegant and an ideal Kegel/Pelvic Floor trainer for beginners to intermediate user.
Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles from the comfort of your own home with the help of the Eyden Multi Weight Kegel Balls. Incredibly sleek Kegel balls which are easy to insert and remove and offer an impressive yet comfortable workout to help tone and tighten the pelvic floor muscles.
The smooth silicone casing, complete with removal pull cord for peace of mind, contains 2 interchangeable pairs of balls, one heavier than the other. Each ball houses a smaller sphere that rocks and moves as you do., enhancing internal stimulation.
These Kegel balls can be worn for as long as you feel comfortable. Upon insertion, your muscles will naturally clench around the balls to securely hold them inside you, giving you a great workout. When performed regularly, pelvic exercises can help improve bladder and bowel control, reduce the risk of prolapse and even improve sexual sensation.
Eyden is proud to work with New Zealand’s Community Foundations network, donating a percentage of every product sold to funds helping women’s causes where they are most needed in the community.
- Contains 2 sets of interchangeable balls within the one kit - 2 x 34g and 2 x 45g.
- 5 weight options as you interchange the balls
- You can place one or two balls in the silicone holder at a time
- Start with using the lightest ball in the holder and work your way up to using the two heaviest balls in the holder.
- Research on pelvic floor weights (Aquaflex system) showed good results when looking at reduction of urine leakage by using twice/day for 10 minutes each time. Once inserted, you can move around and carry on with your daily activities for 10 minutes and then remove.
- You can do pelvic floor exercises by squeezing and lifting your muscles with the weight inside - making your muscles work harder and "weight lift". Which is not only a great exercise in itself, but also helps you to isolate the muscles that need to be worked out when you aren't using the Kit.
NB. In my opinion if you are using the balls to strengthen the pelivc floor muscles they should not be worn for several hours or all day long - as I don't believe the pelvic floor muscles are designed to be constantly "weight lifting" for long periods of time.
