The Satisfyer Air Pump vibrator 5+ offers a classic and elegant vibrator with the added feature of an inflatable head.

Can be used as a dilator as well. By inflating the shaft one click at a time you can gradually increase the size of the head. I would recommend taking the vibrator out between size increases. Double click the button to deflate.
