According to the manufacturers the O Rings should, on average, last about 30 months. The important thing to remember is that the O rings need to be oiled on a regular basis to ensure the vacuum of the pump stays optimal and also to lengthen the lifespan of the rings. It also depends on how frequent the Vacurect is used. Some customers that had their O rings replaced only after 5 years of service. The pump should also be dismantled and thoroughly cleaned every four months or so.
