PELVIC FLOOR BALLS by Share Satisfaction are designed to be worn in the vagina and discreetly strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. These soft body-safe silicone balls have gentle contoured lines allowing them to be eased gently into position. 
 
HOW TO USE:
Start with the lightest ball and when it becomes easy to hold it in progress to the next weight
Insert one ball into vagina for 10 mins at a time and repeat twice daily.
Leave in while you go about your normal daily activities. Or do your pelvic floor exercises with the balls inside for a more intense workout.
Research on pelvic floor weights (Aquaflex system) showed good results when looking at reduction of urine leakage by using twice/day for 10 minutes each time. Once inserted, you can move around and carry on with your daily activities for 10 minutes and then remove.
You can do pelvic floor exercises by squeezing and lifting your muscles with the weight inside - making your muscles work harder and "weight lift". Which is not only a great exercise in itself, but also helps you to isolate the muscles that need to be worked out when you aren't using the balls.
Please note that some women may struggle to do pelvic floor exercises with the weights in due to weak pelvic floor muscles. Some women may also struggle to initially hold the balls inside the vagina due to larger vaginal width. Overtime the ability to hold the balls in place may improve with using the balls.
 
Made from silicone, which is non-porous making it safe to use with water-based lubricants. After use, carefully wash the weights with mild soap and water. 
 
 
NB. In my opinion if you are using the balls to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles they should not be worn for several hours or all day long - as I don't believe the pelvic floor muscles are designed to be constantly "weight-lifting" for long periods of time.
