Pelvic floor muscles can be discreetly strengthened by using the Hold Me Tight Kegel toning kit. The soft body-safe silicone outer skin and gentle contoured lines allow them to be eased gently into position.
Using the single ball is a good starting point to strengthen the pelvic floor. While the dual weighted balls is perfect for a more intense pelvic work out! An easy retrieval cord makes use both simple and discreet.
- Start with the single ball and move onto the double ball when it becomes easy to hold in.
Insert into vagina for 10 mins, repeat twice/day.
- Leave in while you go about your normal daily activites. Or do your pelvic floor exercises with the balls inside for a more intense workout.
- Research on pelvic floor weights (Aquaflex system) showed good results when looking at reduction of urine leakage by using twice/day for 10 minutes each time. Once inserted, you can move around and carry on with your daily activites for 10 minutes and then remove
- You can do pelvic floor exercises by squeezeing and lifting your muscles with the weight inside - making your muscles work harder and "weight lift". Which is not only a great exercise in itself, but also helps you to isolate the muscles that need to be worked out when you aren't using the Kit.
Made from Silicone and coated ABS Plastic, The Hold Me Tight Kegel Kit is non-porous making it safe to use with water based lubricants. After use, carefully wash the device with mild soap and water.
NB. In my opinion if you are using the balls to strengthen the pelivc floor muscles they should not be worn for several hours or all day long - as I don't believe the pelvic floor muscles are designed to be constantly "weight lifting" for long periods of time.
