The OSBON EZ TENSION RING is a specialty range of rings designed to be used with the OSBON vacuum pumps. Suitable for men with issues of scrotal tissue being drawn into the cylinder, or for men who need a tighter tension than the A, B,C or D rings can offer.
The EZ Tension Rings have a unique patented design which allows them to easily fit directly onto the end of the cylinder like a lid.
This creates a firm seal with the cylinder and with penile tissue which facilitates the vacuum process.
This design also ensures that the scrotal tissue is not drawn into the cylinder when pumping. These advantages give many patients a more comfortable tension ring fit and more tension to assist in maintaining penile rigidity.
Once an erection has been created, the ring is slipped off the end of the cylinder and remains at the base of the erect penis minimising the ring transfer process.
EZ Tension Rings are intended for use with ErecAid® Esteem® and Classic Cylinders.

PRECAUTIONS AND SAFETY:
- Any constriction device/rings should not be worn for more than about 30 minutes.
- A ring needs to increase the size of the erection only slightly.
- If you notice more pronounced swelling then the fit is too tight. In that case, take the ring off immediately.
- Falling asleep with a constriction ring on is a particular danger. This may lead to temporary or permanent nerve damage. Do not sleep with the ring on.
- Numbness in the penis or penis becoming cold or penis becoming white may be signs that a ring has been worn for too long or is too tight. Seek medical advice if needed.
- Take the ring off at the first signs of pain or coldness or numbness
